High- Grade Magnetite
Magnetite (Fe₃O₄) is one of the world’s primary iron ore minerals and the most magnetic naturally occurring mineral on Earth. Its unique ferrimagnetic properties make it exceptionally valuable across a wide range of industrial applications. Mined and processed to exacting standards, magnetite is used as a high performance iron ore and as a critical material in dense medium separation, mineral beneficiation, recycling, and other advanced processing industries.
Supporting Dense Medium Separation (DMS)
Dense Medium Separation (DMS) is one of the most effective gravity-based beneficiation methods used in mining and recycling. By suspending finely milled magnetite in water, operators create a stable medium of precise density that separates valuable material from waste. In coal preparation, clean coal floats while rock, shale, and pyrite sink, significantly reducing ash content. DMS is also widely used in lithium and critical mineral processing, as well as scrap metal recycling. Its versatility, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness make magnetite essential for modern resource recovery operations.
